Foolproof Green Smoothie
This foolproof green smoothie is packed with nutrients and is a delicious way to boost your energy and immune system. Its easy to make and tastes great
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup kale leaves
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
Instructions:
Put the kale and spinach leaves into the blender
Put in the frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, and the banana
Add the chia seeds on top
Add the Greek yogurt and coconut milk that hasnt been sweetened
You can add a teaspoon of honey if youd like it sweeter
Mix until its creamy and smooth
Put it in a glass and enjoy your green smoothie that will never fail
