Keto Chicken Nuggets with Almond Flour Parmesan
These Keto Chicken Nuggets with Almond Flour Parmesan are a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional chicken nuggets. Theyre crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking oil spray
Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
Put almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish
Mix them together
First, coat each piece of chicken in beaten eggs
Then, coat each piece evenly with the almond flour mixture
Spread the chicken pieces out on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Spray the nuggets with cooking oil spray just a little
Place in an oven that has already been heated and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked
Flip the food over halfway through cooking
