Keto Chia Acai Strawberry Breakfast Jar

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener e

- 1/2 cup frozen acai puree
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut optional, for garnish
Instructions:
In a jar, mix chia seeds, almond milk, and keto sweetener
Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes to thicken
In a blender, combine acai puree, frozen strawberries, and coconut cream
Blend until smooth
Layer the chia pudding and acai strawberry mixture in serving jars
Optional: Garnish with unsweetened shredded coconut on top
