Keto Chia Acai Strawberry Breakfast Jar

A tasty and healthy way to start the day is with this Keto Chia Acai Strawberry Breakfast Jar. Its low in sugar and carbs and high in fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants. On a keto diet, this is a great breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener e
  • g
  • , erythritol or stevia
  • 1/2 cup frozen acai puree
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut optional, for garnish

Instructions:

In a jar, mix chia seeds, almond milk, and keto sweetener

Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes to thicken

In a blender, combine acai puree, frozen strawberries, and coconut cream

Blend until smooth

Layer the chia pudding and acai strawberry mixture in serving jars

Optional: Garnish with unsweetened shredded coconut on top

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving
