Broccoli Cheese Balls

These broccoli cheese balls are a delightful low-carb, keto-friendly snack or appetizer packed with flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups steamed broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large mixing bowl, combine steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Mix well until thoroughly combined

Using your hands, shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet

Lightly spray the tops of the broccoli cheese balls with cooking oil spray

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving
