Gluten-Free Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C
Put almond flour, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt in a bowl
Mix everything together well
The vegan chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in
Put the mix into an 8x8-inch baking pan that has been lined with parchment paper
Put it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown
Let it cool all the way down before cutting it into bars
