Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions:

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat

Add chicken slices and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes

Add minced ginger and garlic, saut for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant

Stir in broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, and coconut aminos

Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes

Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes
