Cherry Sheet Cake Parfait

Cherry sheet cake crumbles, sweet cherry compote, creamy vanilla yogurt, and fluffy whipped cream make up this delicious parfait.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups cherries, pitted and halved
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 cups vanilla yogurt
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 1 sheet of cherry cake, crumbled

Instructions:

Put cherries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan and mix them together

Over medium heat, cook until the cherries start to juice and the mixture gets a little thicker, which should take about 8 to 10 minutes

Let it cool down

Place pieces of cherry cake, vanilla yogurt, whipped cream, and the cherry compote in serving glasses or bowls

Put more layers on top of each other until the glasses are full

Top with whipped cream and a cherry

Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving so the flavors can mix
