No-Bake Vegan Chocolate Cream Pie

Enjoy the richness of this vegan chocolate cream pie that doesnt need to be baked. This dessert will satisfy your sweet tooth without using any animal products. The chocolate filling is made from coconut milk and vegan chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 14-ounce can full-fat coconut milk, chilled
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 vegan pie crust store-bought or homemade

Instructions:

Melt the vegan chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a bowl that can go in the microwave

Stir the mixture until it is smooth

Take the solidified coconut cream from the chilled can of coconut milk and put it in a different bowl

You can use the liquid for something else

With a hand mixer, make the coconut cream light and fluffy

To the whipped coconut cream, add the melted chocolate mix, maple syrup or agave nectar, and vanilla extract

Mix everything together well

Smooth the top of the chocolate cream filling with a spatula after you pour it into the vegan pie crust that you have already prepared

Put the pie in the fridge for at least four hours, or until its set

If you want, you can add vegan whipped cream or shaved chocolate on top before serving
